Activation: Hoteliera services are delivered exclusively online through module activation and platform access. Estimated activation time is immediate after payment confirmation, or within 1 business day at most.
Returns / Cancellation: No returns are offered for digital services delivered online. Subscription cancellation takes effect for future billing cycles. Hoteliera's liability for any incident is limited to the monthly subscription value for the month in which the incident occurred.
